Lake Garda Ferry Routes Map

Below you will find a map of all the locations the ferry in Lake Garda stops at. Make sure you check out the timetable above to work out where each ferry from each location travels to.

Buying Lake Garda Ferry Tickets

Italy Travel Tip: You need to purchase your ferry tickets beforehand.

You can purchase tickets either online or at the ticket office in the harbour of wherever you are setting sail from. These ticket offices accept credit/debit cards. You should be able to get tickets for the ferry beforehand, but we would recommend getting them as early as possible so you’re not rushing before the ferry leaves.

You can purchase tickets that go directly to a certain place, or you can purchase tickets that allow you to travel across certain parts of the lake (or even all of the lake).

Lake Garda Ferry Price

The price of the ferry depends on where you are travelling to and from.

As an example, the ferry from Malcesine to Limone (20-minute duration) costs €6.50 for adults and €3.60 for juniors (4 – 12 years).

Lake Garda Ferry Day Pass

You can get a day pass for the entire lake for €34.40 for an adult ticket. Reduced tickets are €28 per day and children (4-11 years old) for €17.60.

If you’re planning on spending more days using the ferry, you can get an entire lake 3-day pass for €68.60 for an adult ticket, €56.00 for a reduced ticket, and €35.20 for a children’s ticket.

You can also make some extra savings by purchasing a ‘happy family ticket’, which is two adult tickets and two children’s tickets. For a one-day ticket for the entire lake, the cost is just €68.60, which is a pretty big saving compared to buying those four tickets separately.

You can also purchase a ticket for the following specific zones, which reduces the area you can travel on the ferry, but it can save you money;

  • Alto Lago region (anywhere north of Maderno & Torri)
  • Basso Lago region (anywhere south of Gargnano & Torri)
  • Northern region (anywhere north of Campione & Assenzo)
  • Centro region (the area between Limone to Malcesine and Maderno to Torri)
  • Ovest region (anywhere to the west of Maderno to Sirmione)
  • Est region (anywhere to the east of Torri to Sirmione)
